Why The Project Now

The downturn of the Nigeria’s African economy resulting from poor and weak socio-economic policies of successive governments in Nigeria and Afica and the high and rising levels of youth unemployment and poverty are the issues that make the project most significant. The general picture of food security in Nigeria is caused for a variety of reasons, including poor policies implementation of successive governments is deplorable.

The net result has been heavy over-crowding of cities and towns, and the overloading of the urban infrastructure, particularly in the federal capital territory, Abuja. 

SOEBOBKA Surefood & Associate is therefore poised to build new forms and Agro Allied Infrastructure, in order to reduce the incidences of poverty and current socio-political fragmentations in the polity.

Reality has also shown that a large chunk of the Nigeria’s populace have no food that they can call their own, and when they fall sick; they are barely able to survive. The nation is currently estimated to have over 77 million in food and health insecurity in Nigeria. 

Currently in Nigeria, gory spectacles abound in urban and rural communities of what appears to be called peoples’ hunger. Many Nigerians are in living very poorly conditioned homes with low sanitation and / or no sanitation facilities at all
